1.3 Skincare Consultations: Our esthetician is available to provide expert skincare advice and guidance. Whether you need recommendations on products, routines, or lifestyle changes, we are here to help you achieve your skincare goals. Our esthetician is not a doctor, however and anything in affiliation with The Wild Fox or it's providers is not to be taken as medical advice. Please seek out a board-certified dermatologist or talk to your primary care provider about anything outside of an esthetician's scope of practice.
1.4 Holistic Approach: We approach skincare holistically, considering not just the surface but also the mind-body connection. Our treatments may include techniques such as facial massage, relaxation exercises, and personalized self-care practices.
1.5 Retail Products: In addition to our services, we offer a selection of high-quality retail skincare products. These products are carefully curated to align with our holistic approach and are intended to complement and enhance your skincare regime.
2. Appointments and Payments
2.1 To book appointments for our services, you will be required to provide certain personal information and payment details. We ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your information through our Privacy Policy. Please note that appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your desired time slot.
2.2 Payments for services and retail products can be made through secure payment gateways or in-person at our clinic. We accept major credit cards and other forms of digital payment. All payments must be made in the local currency unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Additionally, please note that retail products are non-refundable once purchased, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
4. Liability and Disclaimers
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website and during our services, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the information. Package Terms + Conditions
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
1.1 To secure your facial package, we require the full payment of your chosen package at the time of booking. This confirms your commitment and allows us to reserve the time and resources necessary to provide you with an exceptional experience.
1.2 Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your package as well as what it includes. We appreciate your understanding in honoring your appointment and respecting the time of our dedicated esthetician.
1.3 If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, as we strive to ensure punctuality for all our clients.
2. Package Redemption and Validity
2.1 The Wild Fox facial packages are designed to provide a series of rejuvenating treatments for your skin over a specified period. Each package has a set number of sessions, and it is important to redeem them within the indicated timeframe for best results.
2.2 Facial sessions within a package cannot be transferred to another individual unless explicitly authorized by The Wild Fox.
2.3 Please note that any unused facial sessions do not expire, therefore cannot be refunded. We encourage you to schedule your appointments in a timely manner to make the most of your package.
3. Skincare Consultation and Personalization
3.1 Before your scheduled facial package begins, we highly recommend scheduling a complimentary skincare consultation with one of our knowledgeable estheticians. This consultation ensures that we understand your unique skin concerns and can tailor the facial treatments to address your specific needs effectively.
3.2 The information shared during the skincare consultation is treated with the utmost confidentiality and stored securely as per our privacy policy.
4. Maintenance and Homecare Recommendations
4.1 To maximize the benefits of your facial package, it is essential to follow the homecare recommendations provided by our estheticians. These may include skincare products, and lifestyle tips tailored to your individual needs. The Wild Fox offers 10% off Green Envee retail products with your facial package.
4.2 The Wild Fox cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects or lack of results if the homecare recommendations are not followed.
5. Health and Safety
5.1 It is vital to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities to our team before starting your facial package. This information allows us to provide you with a safe and personalized skincare experience.
5.2 In the event that you develop any adverse reactions or concerns during a treatment, please inform your esthetician immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.
5.3 The Wild Fox reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if there is a risk to the health or safety of our clients or our team, as determined by our professional judgement.
By proceeding with booking and redeeming a facial package at The Wild Fox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above. Service Agreement
Service Agreement
The Following Service Agreement is non-negotiable and must be followed when booking services, purchasing products, or interacting with The Wild Fox. This includes but it not limited to our website, social media accounts, booking platform, ClassPass, & other. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please cease all activity and interaction with The Wild Fox & its staff immediately.
Booking with The Wild Fox means that you agree to the following:
-Changes made to or rescheduling of your booked appointment less than 24 hours prior to start time will result in a 50% non refundable fee.
-All clients are required to place a secured card on file at the time of booking (Credit Card Authorization form will be provided) for appointment security purposes only. In the event that you must reschedule or no-show your appointment outside of the 24 hour grace period, the card on file will be charged a 50% non refundable fee.
-All clients agree to contact their esthetician via email (hello@thewildfox.co) or text 806-884-5633 (NOT via social media) as soon as possible for any changes needing to be made.
-Same-Day Cancellations or arriving 20 minutes or more past your appointment time is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged a 50% non refundable fee.
-If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service & its result, full documentation of dissatisfaction must be communicated within 7 days via text or email with photos and any paperwork included to discuss resolution. This does not guarantee your service or products will result in a refund.
-Being 10 minutes late or more to your wax appointment will result in needing to reschedule & result in a 50% non refundable fee.
-All clients agree to communicate via text or phone call if they are running late and will still be required to pay for the service that was booked and will only given the remaining time of service.
Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates.
The Wild Fox has the right to refuse service to anyone.
