To book appointments for our services, you will be required to provide certain personal information and payment details. We ensure the privacy and confidentiality of your information through our Privacy Policy. Please note that appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your desired time slot.
Payments for services and retail products can be made through secure payment gateways or in-person at our clinic. We accept major credit cards and other forms of digital payment. All payments must be made in the local currency unless stated otherwise.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Additionally, please note that retail products are non-refundable once purchased, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

The Following Service Agreement is non-negotiable and must be followed when booking services, purchasing products, or interacting with The Wild Fox. This includes but it not limited to our website, social media accounts, booking platform, ClassPass, & other. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please cease all activity and interaction with The Wild Fox & its staff immediately.
Booking with The Wild Fox means that you agree to the following:
-Changes made to or rescheduling of your booked appointment less than 24 hours prior to start time will result in a 50% non refundable fee.
-All clients are required to place a secured card on file at the time of booking (Credit Card Authorization form will be provided) for appointment security purposes only. In the event that you must reschedule or no-show your appointment outside of the 24 hour grace period, the card on file will be charged a 50% non refundable fee.
-All clients agree to contact their esthetician via email (hello@thewildfox.co) or text 806-884-5633 (NOT via social media) as soon as possible for any changes needing to be made.
-Same-Day Cancellations or arriving 20 minutes or more past your appointment time is considered a “no-show” and you will be charged a 50% non refundable fee.
-If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service & its result, full documentation of dissatisfaction must be communicated within 7 days via text or email with photos and any paperwork included to discuss resolution. This does not guarantee your service or products will result in a refund.
-Being 10 minutes late or more to your wax appointment will result in needing to reschedule & result in a 50% non refundable fee.
-All clients agree to communicate via text or phone call if they are running late and will still be required to pay for the service that was booked and will only given the remaining time of service.
Policies still apply to clients with gift certificates.
The Wild Fox has the right to refuse service to anyone.
